At Michelle’s we pride ourselves in hiring the best! With our store manager being with us for over 12 years, it provides a familiar place for all customers. Having fun and being challenged is our way and that guarantees a great arrangement.

Joan has been in the flower business for over 20 years and with Michelle’s Grower Direct for 12. She is a master in her field and loves what she does. Customer service is the reason her corporate clients continue to come back again and again! She is married to a great husband of 22 years and has 1 son and 1 granddaughter. When she is not designing flowers she is in Edmonton visiting her nieces and nephews or spending time in Calgary with her granddaughter – spoiling them.
